Primarily we base ourselves in Rhode Island but transition through the year with periods in England and Antigua.
Freddie’s hometown is Lake Placid, NY and grew up between there and sailing throughout the Caribbean with his family. He first moved to Rhode Island twelve years ago where he created a solid home base and more recently the focal point of our business. Despite all the moving parts, he still makes time for his love of sail racing, motorbikes and socialising with a cocktail or two!
Kat grew up in Lincolnshire, England until she moved to London and worked as an executive assistant for seven years. Having spent some time travelling and sailing the World, she is now more land-based managing boats, properties and sometimes Freddie! In her down time, you’ll find her riding horses, keeping fit and working on personal home projects!
We’re passionate about creating spaces that are comfortable and welcoming. Freddie lived in the Middletown property for over 5 years so it really has a homely feel. Our goal is to make each guest feel like they are going to stay and a friends house; inviting, easy going and always welcome back.
